摘要
笔者应用双甲敌鼠胺盐（杀鼠新），以灌胃法进行小白鼠急性口服毒力测定，雄鼠ＬＤ５０为５８．８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，雌鼠为４８．３７ｍｙ／ｋｇ．以玉米糁做诱饵，小白鼠对０．０５％和０．００５％杀鼠新诱饵的适口性均良好；与无毒饵比较，０．０５％毒饵的摄食系数为０．７４，０．００５％毒饵为０．８４；０．０５％杀鼠新毒饵与相同浓度敌鼠钠相比，摄食系数是１．０４．选用０．０５％杀鼠新玉米糁毒饵，在沈阳市郊某牛奶场进行局部现场灭鼠，投毒后６天累计盗食率为３７．５％（室内）和７０．５％（室外）：至３周时仅个别毒饵被盗食，此时鼠密度比灭鼠前降低８８．９％（室内）和８０．２％（室外）。
Acute oral tonicity to Mus musculus albino of shashuxin which was produced by Liaoning Institule of Chemical Industry was determined with pouring stomach method:Male LD50=58.8mg/kg,Female LD50=48.37mg/kg.We observed the palatability of 0.05% Shashuxin and 0.005% Shashuxin which was soaked in broken popcorn to Mus musculus albino and the palatability was good Compared with nontoxic bait,the feeding indexs of 0.05% and 0.005% Shashuxin bait are 0.74 and 0.84,respectively Componed with 0.05% Natrium Qiphacin bait, the feeding index of 0.05%(the same concentration) Shashuxin bait is 1.04.Partial field trval was carried out with 0.05% Shashuxin in broken popcorn at some milk mill in Shenyang suburb.Siz days after baiting, the accumulative fecding rate of Rats and mice to the poisonous bait are 37.5%(in house) and 70.5%(outside),respeetively. Three weeks after baiting,only little bait was taken. At this time the density of rats and mice was reduced by 88.9%(in house)and by 80.2%(outside),respectively.
