摘要
建立了一种用ＨＰＬＣ法测定抗生素８９－０７含量的分析方法。采用ＯＰＡ柱前衍生，紫外３３０ｎｍ检测。流动相为甲醇：水：冰醋酸＝３７５：１０５：２０（含０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ庚烷磺酸钠）．经Ｃ１８柱，使抗生素８９－０７与杂质组份分离。用外标法测定抗生素８９－０７含量，标准曲线为：Ｙ＝－２．５８ｘ１０－３＋２．１９ｘ１０－６Ｘ（峰面积）．ｒ＝０．９９７３，平均回收率１０１．４６％，用于测定抗生素８９－０７成品获得满意结果。
A HPLC method for analyzing antibiotic 89-07 was established.Themethod utilizes pre-column derivation with OPA,UV 330nm detection , enabling antibiotic89-07 good separation on the C18 coltimn。 The mobile phase is methanol-water-glacial aceticacid= 75:105 :20(0.02mol/L soditim heptanesulphonate). Then using antibiotic 89-07,standard as external standard determines the content of antibictic 89-07. standard line:average recovery rate is 101.46%。 Antibiotic89-07 can be determined by proposed method with satisfactory results.
