摘要
测定了两个６－氟喹诺言酮类新化合物Ｑ５４、Ｑ６７对１７株细菌的体外抗菌活性，数据表明，Ｑ６７对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌活性明显强于对照诺氟沙星和环丙沙星；定量药物设计研究计算得到的Ｑ６７对金葡球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌抗菌活性的理论值比对照高，与实测值基本平行。
The in-vitro antibacterlal activities of two new derivatives of 6-fluoroqui-nolones against 17 strains of bacteria were determined.The data revealed that the activity ofQ67 against Gram-positive bacteria was stronger than the counterparts norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin。The calculated antibacterial value of Q67 against S.aureus,E.coli and P. aer-uginosa was higher than the counterparts and was parallelled with the value determined.
