摘要
本文报告一种华支睾吸虫病快速诊断试剂盒。全程操作１５ｍｉｎ，内容完善，使用简便，可肉眼判断结果及用自来水洗涤。敏感性９２．１０％（４１７／４５３），假阳性率２．２５％（１１／４８８），优于常规ＥＬＩＳＡ。试剂盒重复性好，稳定性高，４℃存放有效期达６个月。初步现场使用，效果良好。
A rapid一ELISA diagnostic kit for
clonorchiasis sinensis was established.Out of 453sera of clonorchiasis patients detected with
the kit,417were positive(92.1%).Only 11 false一positives(2.25%)occured among 356 normal
human sera and 132 sera of patients with other parasitic dis-eases. The whole test procedure
takes only 15min. The preliminary application showed the kit was atime一
saving,reliable,practicable immunological method for the diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis.
