摘要
结合钻头牙掌的结构特点及工艺，介绍所进行的工艺改进、夹具设计和机床结构的改进设计，系统的组成以及设备在预验收、安装调试、试生产中遇到的问题。该系统是９０年代初供需双方技术水平和经济力量的产物。
According to the struCture characteristics and manufacturing technology of the rock bit head this paper describes several problems concerned with the import FMS for rock bit head,such as process improvement,fixture and machine structure re-design,system composition,instalation and running-in.The import system is in 90's technology level.
