He-Ne激光对精子影响的实验研究

摘要 采用He-Ne激光照射绵羊精液,低剂量组(0.9、1.8、7.2 J/cm^2)的精子活力、顶体异常率、呼吸强度、果糖利用率、精浆Ca^(2+)及Zn^(2+)浓度等6项指际,均优于对照组和14.4 J/cm^2组(P<0.01或P<0.05),最适剂量为1.8 J/cm^2。用最适剂量照射新采精液,进行人工授精,受眙率为92.78%,比对照组提高4.82%(P<0.05)。 After the test and analysis of minor dose groups (0. 9,1. 8,7. 2J/cm2) of He-Ne irradiation on semen of sheep, it has been found out that six indexes of spermatozoa vilization, abnormal rate of acrosome , respiratory intensity,utilization ratio of fructose, Ca2+ and Zn2+ concentrations in seminal plasm are better than those of the control group and 14. 4J/cm2 laser group (P<0. 05) or P<0. 01. The optimum dose is 1. 8J/cm2. The conception rate is 92. 78% after irradiating fresh semen with the optimum dose, higher (4. 82%) than that of the control group (P<0. 05).
