摘要
以甲壳胺、明胶为主要成份,研制出制备医用天然生物高分子薄膜剂的方法。该膜透明、柔软,有弹性,与皮肤有很好的贴附性。膜材料可以根据不同的需要,配伍各种药物或生物活性物质,制备成多种用途的医用生物薄膜。其原料易得,制备工艺简单,使用方便,制品易保存。
The preparation of a hyaline,soft,springy and dermotropic natural biomedical high-molecule membrane is reported in this paper. Being the active components,the stuff of chitosan and gelatine may be mixed with the various ingredients such as drugs, biological active substances to manufacture the multiple membranes in ordinary necessaries. Because the raw material is easy to obtain,the product is not difficult to store and its simple making techniques, the convenient mebrane could be introduced to be used over whelmingly in general laboratories.
