摘要
为深入了解甲基汞的遗传毒性和生殖毒性,采用氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法和体内程序外DNA修复合成(UDS)研究了甲基汞对雄性生殖细胞DNA合成及其修复合成的影响。结果表明:甲基汞可以抑制雄性生殖细胞DNA合成,损伤生殖细胞DNA,造成程序外DNA修复合成的增加。甲基汞对DNA合成的损伤作用与染毒剂量有关。同时,对甲基汞影响雄性生殖细胞DNA合成及修复合成的机制进行了探讨。
In order to understand genetic and repreductive toxicity of methylmercury, 3H thymidine incorporation method and unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) in vivo were used and effects of methylmercury on DNA synthesis and repair synthesis of germ cells of mice were studied. The results indicated that metbylmercury could inhibit DNA synthesis of germ cells. damage DNA of germ cells and induce increase of UDS. The damage effects of methylmercury on DNA synthesis related with doses of administration. Mechanismes of DNA synthesis and DNA repair synthesis of germ cells affected by methylmercury was discussed.
