摘要
本文在分析叶轮型面几何特性的基础上,对半开式叶轮的几种加工方法进行了详细的分析,在此基础上提出了能加工出较高质量叶轮的一种理想的数控加工工艺。
With application of the jig, load/unload of the workpieces can realized while the machine is running, in other words, without stoping of the machine,during small to middle shafts turning. There is no diameter accuracy requirement on the blanks. The workpieces are positioned axially and centered outside bythe jig, and a higher axial positioning accuracy can be gained.
