摘要
原发性阑尾肿瘤临床十分少见。本文报告近10年来,3052例阑尾手术遇到的9例。包括腺癌1例,类癌2例,粘液瘤6例。术前无1例明确诊断,仅6例阑尾粘液瘤在术中确诊。术前、术中明确诊断对减少潜在的手术并发症颇有意义。
Primary tumors of the appendix are rare. In a consecutive of 3,052 appendecto- mies, they were found in 9, a frequency of 0.29%. The histologic types consisted of mucocele in 6, carcinoid in 2, and adenocarcinoma in 1. None of these was diag- nosed correctly before surgery. The six cases of mucocele were recognizable grossly during operation and the other three were idertified histologically. Postoperative complications might have been significantly decreased had the diagnosis been establi- shed before or during operation.
