摘要
针对国内外在蛇纹石矿开采中矿粉废弃、资源浪费的问题,开发出一种从蛇纹石矿尾矿(矿粉)中生产轻质氧化镁的工艺路线:以蛇纹石尾矿粉为原料,在102℃温度下,以5%~6%盐酸浸取,并以石灰乳调节pH进行逐级分离,除去浸取液中杂质,再进行钙、镁分离,分离液经热解焙烧后,每100g矿粉得轻质氧化镁12g,产品符合HGI-324-77材级标准,本工艺对于蛇纹石矿开采中堆积如山的废矿粉的综合利用是一个突破,可产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益,据查,国内外尚无相同的工艺[1]。
A new method of manufacturing light magnesia from serpentine tailings is intruduced. The technological process is as follows :leach serpentine tailings in 5%~6% HCl solution at102℃;adjust pH value with milk of lime;remove impurities and seperate calcium- magne-sium from the leach liquor.Pinally,12 g light magnesia can be obtained from100g serpen- tine tailings by pyrolysis of milk of magnesium,The product comes up to the special standardof HGI- 324- 77.
