摘要
通过L3(3)正交试验,对双氧水氧化法合成氧化叔胺的工艺条件进行了优化研究。测试了反应温度、反应时间和双氧水过量比对产物得率的影响,从而获取了在有机酸催化作用下的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度75℃,反应时间12h,双氧水过量15%。在此条件下重复试验,均可使最终氧化叔胺收率≥95%,从而为该表面活性剂的工业生产提供了可靠的工艺参数。
The processing conditions of oxidized tertiary amine synthesis by oxyful oxidation arestudied by optimum formulations.The influences on the products yield by reaction tempera-ture,reacting period and oxyful excess amount are examined.The optimum conditions underorganic acid catalytic action are proposed.The best conditions of the process are as follows :reaction temperature 75℃,reacting period 12 h and oxyful excess amount 15%。On the condi-tions,the final yield of products is over 95%。
