摘要
迄今,对艾灸抗肿瘤作用的临床与实验研究,尚未见有报道,我们为了揭示艾灸是否对肿瘤细胞的生长过程有其抑制作用,采用小鼠移植性实体瘤模型,对艾灸的抑瘤作用作了观察。实验方法采用昆明杂种健康雄性小鼠,平均体重为21～23克。瘤株为小鼠肉瘤180腹水型。以1.
In oder to observe inhibitory effect of moxibu-stion on the course of tumor growth.Healthy adultmice were used in this experiment.The results oftwice experiments were as follows:(1) The survivalrates of moxibustion group was higher than that oftumor-bearing group.(2) The inhibition rate oftumor weight was 44.6% and 54% in the twiceexperiment of moxibustion group respectively.(3)The average of tumor weight in twiee experimentsof moxibustion group was clearly slighter than thatof the tumor-bearing group.
