摘要
利用广亲和粳稻品系02428对野败型籼稻细胞质雄性不育系珍汕97A连续回交,进行广亲和雄性不育系选育,获得了不育性稳定的02428A.测交表明该不育系具有很强的广亲和性和配合力。但在回交世代中出现了先于小孢子败育的颖花退化现象。遗传分析初步证明该种颖花退化是由野败型细胞质和02428中所带的一对隐性基因互作所致。
A wide-compatible (WC)cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)japonica rice line was devel-oped by succussive backcross wild-abortive (WA)type indica CMS line Zhenshan 97A with WC japonica rice line 02428 as recurrent parent. The resulted 02428A expressed stable male sterility.Testcrosses with 5 indica and 5 japonica restorer lines show that 02428A possesses hiflh wide-com-patibility and good performance. Unfortunately,a special kind of spikelet degeneration,which oc cured before microspore abortion,was observed in backcross generations. Genetic analysis indicate that the spikelet degeneration is conditioned by the interaction between WA cytoplasm and a pair of recessive nuclear genes inherited from 02428.
