摘要
本研究选用印楝素、川楝素、灭幼脲Ⅲ号和溴氰菊酯等杀虫剂点滴处理马尾松毛虫幼虫和卵。印楝素、灭幼脲Ⅲ号、溴氰菊酯的触杀LD_(50)分别为2.5990,1.7500和0.0012μg/头。印楝素、灭幼脲Ⅲ号和川楝素均能抑制试虫生长发育,在4.0μg/头剂量下,总抑制率分别为80.0%,70.0%和47.5%。印楝素和灭幼脲Ⅲ号还表现杀卵作用活性,200mg/kg印楝素处理1,4和7日龄卵其校正死亡率在76.6%以上;200mg/kg灭幼脲Ⅲ号则可达90.0%以上。试验中还观察记录了试虫受药后的症状反应情况。
The contact toxicities of azadirachtin,dimilin Ⅲ and deltamethrinwere tested, and the LD_(50) were 2.599 0 ,1.750 0 and 0.001 2 μg per larva,respectively.Bioassay results showed that azadirachtin ,toosendanin and dimi-lin Ⅲ had potent tox icity as insect growth regulators to the laryae in labor-atory.Azadirachtin and dimilin Ⅲ,with a concentration of 200 mg/kg,could kill the eggs of Masson-pine caterpillar mothe with one,four andseven ages in days, and their adjusted mortality rate could reach by 76.6%and 90.0%,respectively.The symptoms of the pest after applying insecti-cides were observed in the test.
