极限运动后空气负离子适宜摄入量的研究 被引量:4

A STUDY ON OPTIMAL INHALATION AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE AIR IONS AFTER MAXIMAL EXERCISE

摘要 本文认为,极限运动后吸一定浓度的负离子,对乳酸的消除率,心率的恢复速度有显著的影响,对心肌缺血的改善也有加速作用。 The subjects are 10 healthy male students of the Institute of Physical Education. The average age is 20.3±0.67. Before the experiment, we first determined the subjects' blood lactates, heart rates and recorded their electrocardiograms at rest. Then, they performed three maximal exercises on the bicycle ergometer with the same intensity. After exercise, experimental group Ⅱ (L-Ⅱ) inhaled low concentration negative air ions (0.2×10~6 ions/cm^3); experimental group Ⅲ (M-Ⅲ), inhaled moderate concentration negative air ions (1.5×10~6 ions/cm^3) and the control group (N-l) did not inhale any negative air ions. The blood lactates, heart rates and electrocardiograms were determined at different phases within an hour during the recovery period. The results of this study have revealed that subjects who inhale low concentration negative air ions for over 1) minutes during the recovery period significantly increased the removal rate of blood lactates and the recovery speed of heart rates and improved myocardial isehimia. The heart rates and blood lactates did not change significantly in the group who inhaled moderate negative air ions. The reason for that still needs to be studied in the future.
