摘要
描述了具有江西东乡野生稻细胞质源的新质源不育系的不育特性;对其恢复系的筛选进行大量而广泛的测交,表明其恢复谱十分狭窄;通过普通野生稻与栽培稻杂交的人工制恢法育成了对其具有强恢力的恢复系;实现了东野型不育系的“三系”配套。
The CMS lines such as Guojiyouzhan A, You Ⅱ A and Ce 64-7A were developed with theircytoplasm derived from the wild rice of Dongxiang, Jiangxi Province.This new cytoplasmic type of CMSlines(simplified as DXW type CMS lines) expresses complete male sterility with degenerated anthers of nopollens and no selfed seed set, and the outcrossing rate of DXW type CMS lines is a little higher than that ofWA type CMS line Zhenshan 97 A. By way of wide range of testcrossing, it is found that the present restor-er lines, maintainer lines of the other types of CMS lines are all the maintainer lines of DXW type CMSlines, none of them can restore the sterility of this type of CMS lines. Untill 1988, we found that Dongxiangwild rice could partially restore the sterility, thus we crossed Longge 18(a cultivar as the female ) withDongxiang wild rice and Hunan Caling wild rice(as the male), and developed finally the restorer line 391322of the DXW type CMS lines. Its restoring ability is 74.75%~83.66%in terms of F1 seed setting percent-age.
