摘要
本文用活血化瘀中药组成基本方,按本病辨证分型(气滞血瘀、热蕴血瘀、气虚血瘀、寒凝血瘀)不同加入不同中药,制成蜜丸内服,共治疗本病42例。治疗结果:痊愈31/42例,显效5/42例,有效4/42例,无效2/42例,总显效率为85.7%。18例气滞血瘀型作治疗前后血液流变学检查,发现有不同程度的改善。
42 cases of endometriosis were treated with honeyed pills which were made from Chinese medicines of promoting blood circulation from removing blood stasis as main component and.added different medicine to the pill with accordance of the different types of TCM(blood stasis due to stagnation of Qi,blood stasis due to heat,blood stasis from dificiency of Qi,and blood stasis due to cold).The result of the 42 cases,31 were cured,5 ex- cellent effective,4 effective and 2 failed.The total effective rate was 85.7%.18 cases of blood stasis due to stagnation of Qi were examined on blood rheology before and after treatment, and various improvements were found.
