远红外线干燥物料内部温湿度的有限差分研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对远红外线所具有的穿透性,采用有限差分法建立了干燥过程中各向同性农业物料内部各层的温度水分计算表达式。结合辐射、对流分析有限差传热边界条件;确定了水分扩散蒸发的边界条件。以苹果为实例,探讨有关质热特性参数关系式,然后进行理论计算,结果与实测十分接近。证实有限差分分析远红外线干燥各向同性物料内温湿度可行。 A finite-calculus formulation is used to obtain numerical solutions to the simultaneous moisture and heat diffusion equations describing the moisture removal with heat-moisture diffusionand heat intake process with intermal heat-source during far-infrared drying process. The model is used to solve a sample problem of drying apple. The distribution of temperature and moisture developed inside apple during the drying process are established. The predicted drying curve agree with experimental results. This technique has great potential for applications in explaining the complicated coupled phenomena of heat and mass transfer during far-infrared drying process.
