摘要
烟草花叶病是云南省烟草几种最严重的烟草病害之一,为了探索其防治策略,我们从植物超微病理学角度对其进行了研究,酶联免疫及免疫电镜观察表明,我们所采样品的花叶病征是由烟草花叶病毒引起的;在超薄切片中,我们观察到大部分细胞结构受到不同程度的破坏,其中尤以叶绿体,线粒体最明显,病变严重的叶片样品中,叶绿体瓦解,基质外流,基粒片层溶解,消失,在其上有大量大小不等的脂质球及淀粉粒沉积和大量的小泡结构,有时在其上还可以看到大量的病毒堆积;线粒体及内质网空泡化,溶解,消失。
The samples of ELISA experiment,immune electron microscopic assayand normal electron microscopic assay were prepared from mosaic tobacoo leafs whichwere from Weixin County.The results of ELISA and immune electronmicroscopic experi-ments show that the mosaic symptoms of samples were caused by TMV. The results ofelec-tron microscopic observation show that the structure of the tobacoo leaf cells which wereinfected by TMV were altered.There were two struture features in relation tothe alterationof the chloroplasts.one was starch granules;Another was small vacusles We could also ob-servation many TMV granules and inclusions in cytoplasy and in chloroplasts
