摘要
通过共聚合反应合成羟甲基化改性聚丙烯酰胺并用于工业废水处理试验,结果表明,共聚改性物比相同聚合条件下合成的均聚聚丙烯酰胺具有更好的絮凝能力,结合化学沉淀投加10mg/L剂量的共聚物可在较低的pH(8.5以下)有效地去除冶炼废水中的Cd2+、Pb2+等重金属离子,残留浓度低于国家污水综合排放标准的要求。
The copolymer of acrylamide with N-methylolacrylamide is synthetized and used for the flocculating treatment of industrial wastewater. The results show that the floccular performance of the modified polyacrylamide by copolymerization is better than the homopolyacrylamide which is synthetized in the same polymerization conditions. In combination with chemical settle ia dozage of 10 ml/L copolymer may efficiently remove the heavy metal ions Cd2+,Pb2+ from the metallurgical wastewater at lower PH(8. 5).
