摘要
城镇建筑造价是随着时间变化的动态造价，衡量建筑造价运动的特征值称为造价指数。通过建立造价指数的灰色系统预测模型可以算出未来造价指数的灰元值和进行短期、中期和长期的预测。本文举例说明了造价指数及其预测模型的实际应用，试图为研究我国的建筑造价运动提供新的理论线索和科学依据。
The building cost concerning cities and towns is a dvnamic cost that varies withtime. The characteristic value of building cost movement is measured bv cost index. The grey element value of cost index would be figured out by way of establishing cost index′s presumption model that is a grey system. This model could make short一term,middle一term and long一term forcast.This paper sets some example how cost index and thispresumption model be used in practice and try to provide a new theory clue and scientificbasis in order to studv building cost movement ofour country.
