YBa_2Cu_3O_x超导体中Cl取代O的研究

A Study on the Substitution of Chlorine for Oxygen in YBa_2Cu_3O_x Superconductor

摘要 分别以BaCl_2和CuCl_2为配方试剂之一,制备得到掺Cl的超导体YBa_2Cu_3O_xCl(y=0.2,0.4)通过对比观测发现,掺Cl的YBCO超导体样品其T_c下降,超导转变温区变宽,晶胞参数发生变化,Cl进入123相晶格。 The samples with the nominal composition YBa_2Cu_3O_xCl_y(y=0.2,.4)were synthesized with BaCl_2,or CuCl_2 as one of the reactantS. According to comparativeexperiments,it was found the T_c was decreased,the transition width was widened ,andthe lattice parameters was changed. It was proved that the chlorine had entered 123superconductive phase lattice. The effect of chlorine on superconductivity was also dis-cussed.
