摘要
本实验以14只家兔发热前后脑脊液中cAMP和PGE_1含量的变化,作为对照组;在17只家兔上观察了间断电针对发热效应的抑制作用及其与脑脊液中cAMP和PGE,含量的变化关系。实验结果如下:(1) 静脉注射内生致热原(EP)后1.5h动物体温上升达高峰,同时脑脊液中cAMP和PGE_1含量也明显增加。(2) 间断电针能明显抑制EP性发热效应,同时也阻止了脑脊液中cAMP和PGE_1含量的升高。间断电针组的体温反应高峰、体温反应指数和脑脊液中cAMP、PGE_1含量与给EP后同时间对照组比较显著降低。
For the purpose of studing the mechanism of the inhibitory effects of intermittent electric acupuncture on fever, endogenous pyrogen (EP) was prepared in vitro by incubating the rabbit whole blood with a small quantity of endotoxin (1μg/ml blood). The fever effect and the changes of cAMP and PGE,contents in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were assayed for one hour and a half after EP was injected intravenously into 14 rabbits (for contrast). With other 17 rabbits, 10 minutes after the EP injection, 'DAZHUI' and 'QUICHI' points were pricked with electric needles 5 times, 5minutes each time, with intervals each for 10 minutes. The effects of intermittent electic acupuncture on fever and its relationship to the changes of cAMP and PGE 1 contents in CSF was observed after EP. The results were summarized as follows:1. The body temperature rose to a peak promptly with in one and a half hour after EP, and the contents of cAMP and PGE,in CSF were also increased markedly at the same time.2. The intermittent electric acpuuncture obviously inhibits the EP-induced fever in rabbits, and the increment of cAMP and PGE1ontents were also cheecked apparently at the same time. The thermal response index(TRI1.5), the thermal response peak (AT), cAMP and PGE,contents by treating the animals with intermittent electric acupuncture were dacreased significantly in comparison with those of control animals.Experimental results indicated that the inhibitory effects of intermitent electric acupuncture on the EP-induced fever in rabbits may be related to cAMP and PGE,contents decreased in CSF.
