摘要
对辽河油田锦州采油厂欢三联合站稠油热-电-化学脱水中有效使用破乳剂、提高脱水效果问题进行了实验研究。根据实验确定的药剂浓度、脱水温度与脱水率之间的关系并保证电脱水器获得最佳工作条件,改变了现场加药方法,使破乳剂日加量减少了500kg,净化油含水率由1.5%降到0.5%以下。
The effectiveness of using demulsifier FG7921 in thermoelectrochemical dehydration processes in the 3rd Huanxilin crude gathering/water treating station of Jinzhou Oil Production Factory, Liaohe is investigated experimentally.The way of introducing the demuisifier is changed to provide optimum working conditions to the electric dehydration apparatus according to the relationship between dehydrating rate.demulsifier concentration,and dehydration temperature reestablished.As a result of these changes,daily consumption of the chemical is decreased from 1200 kg to 700 kg.the water content in the purified curde oil-from 1.5% to less than 0.5%.
