摘要
本文从临床资料证实了身热夜甚、心烦不寐、舌红绛是温病营分证的辨证要点。首次提出年老、阴虚体质、宿疾和热盛阴伤是温邪传营的重要因素;温病营分证实质与血液牯度增高、内毒素血症及免疫功能失调有关。并从临床、实验结果论证了黄氏凉营透热法是温病营分证的有效疗法,具有清热、养阴、活血、解毒等综合治疗作用。
The paper proves that in the differentiation of the Yingfen syndrome of epidemic febrile diseases the key points are fever which aggravates at night, vexation, insomnia and red or scarlet tongue and is the first to suggest that the key factors causing heat evil to affect Ying are the age, a constitution with Yin-deficiency, syndromes resulting from the retention of phlegm, Yindeficiency produced by heavy heat evil. The Yingfen syndrome of epidemic, febrile diseases is related to an increase in blood viscosity, endotoxemia and disturbance of immunity. Based on the clinical and experimental results the paper indicates that in the treatment of the Yingfen syndrome of epidemic febrile diseases Dong Jianhua's method of cooling the Ying system and removing heat is a very efficient one, which has a comprehensive function of clearing up heat, reinforcing Yin, improving blood circulation and detoxication.
