摘要
采用简单的双光路测量原理,将测试光路和参考光路的光信号,经各自的光电信号处理系统处理后送人模拟除法器。从而实现透过率的测量·其结果采用3了位数显器直接显示。仪器结构以生产现场使用方便为出发点,测量镀膜玻璃光学透过率时不损伤玻璃,测量精度达1%。
By use of the simple double-light path measuring principle, the signals from a testing light path and a reference light path are processed with an electro-optical signal processing system and are then scut into a analog divider to measure the glass transmissvity. The measuring results are displayed directly on a bits digital display. The instrument is convenient for the productioll oil-the-spot use. It dosn't damage the coated glass when measuring it with a measuring accuracy of 1%.
