摘要
在简要地分析了傅立叶变换轮廓法(FTP)和改进型傅立叶变换轮廓法(IFTP)测量三维物体形状轮廓的原理后,讨论了IFTP的不足,指出IFTP虽然提高了能测三维物体的陡峭度,但存在着人为引入的误差。针对IFTP的不足,提出了修改的方法,利用FTP本身的特点,消除了人为误差,在提高测量陡峭度的同时,保证了测量的精度。
Abstract After analysing the principle of Fourier transform profilometry(FTP)and improved FTP for the automatic measurement of 3-D object shapes. the defect of IFTPis discussed first.Though IFTP can measure steepper objects than FTP. the man- made er-ror is also introduced. To overcome the defect of IFTP.a modified method utilizing the char-acters of FTP is proposed in this paper.It can measure steepper ohects than FTP withoutdescending the measuring precision.
