摘要 本文以农垦58S与FL_2杂交所得的F_2分离群体为材料,按其育性分为不育和可育两大群体,分别以混合的可育群体核DNA和不育群体核DNA为模板,进行RAPD分析,从检测过的300个引物中发现有2个引物在不育群体和可育群体中扩增出多态性产物。就其中一个引物对杂交亲本和F_2个体的RAPD分析进一步证明了这种多态的可靠性。转移杂交实验表明这个多态性产物是一种重复顺序。 Bulked DNAs from F2 segregating population of the cross Nongken 58S×FL2 were used for RAPD analysis.300 primers used for the detection of polymorphism,two of them gave polymorphic amplification products.RAPD analysis of the parents and individuals of F2 segregating population with one primer OPX-07,also identified the consistancy of the polymorphic product.It is suggested that this amplified product is linked with the PGMS gene,but the distance is not known.Southern hybridization results indicate that the polymorphic product is a kind of repeated sequence.
