摘要
对35侧成人上肢正中神经血液供应进行研究,并讨论神经干血供来源的分型,营养动脉的来源、分布、正中动脉与正中神经的关系,以及在神经移植方面的意义。
Thirty-five adult upper limbs were injected with red cmulsion. The origin trend and contribution of nutritions branches of arteries in the part of arm and forearm of median nerve were observed with operation micrcscope. Calibre and length of the branches of arteries were measured. Blood supply and nutrition patterns of the origin arteries were classified. The authors proposed that forearm part of median nerve be a supply body of nerve transplantation with blood vessls in some condition.
