摘要
本文首次在酸性介质中对卡铂与氯化亚锡的络合反应进行了详细的研究,确定了较好的反应条件,以392nm为测定波氏,测定白蛋白微球中卡铂的含量。线性范围10~50μg/ml,方法回收率大于95.O%,RSD<2%。本法简便、灵敏、无干扰,适合原料药与制剂的分析。
The chelating reaction of Garboplatin with SnCl2 in acid medium is studied in detail at first in this article,and Carboplatin in the Albumin microsphere is determined by the chelating reaction-spectrophotometry at 392nm. There is a linear range from 10 to 50μg/m1,recoveries of Carboplatin from Albumin microsphere are more than 99.5%,RSD is less than 2%.The method is simple, sensitive and specific, suiting for the determination of both Carboplatin and Carboplatin in the preparation.
