摘要
作者采用示波极谱法测定乙酰苯甲醇发酵液中苯甲醛含量。结果表明,在发酵液0.4ml、50%乙醇溶液4.6ml和pH9.5的氨缓冲液5ml组成的电解溶液中,苯甲醛于-1.1V(vs.SCE)有1个灵敏的波峰。苯甲醛浓度在0.04%~0.40%范围内与峰电流呈直线相关。本方法最低检出量为0.01%。平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为2.9%。2d内测定的RSD为8.3%。
The determination of benzaldehyde in fermentation liquor of phenylacetylcarbinol by oscillographic polarography was investigated.The sensitive wave of benzaldehyde appeared at-1.1V(vs.SCE)in the electrolytic solution as follows:0.4ml fermentation liquor specimen,4. 6ml 50% ethanol and 5ml ammonia buffer at pH9.5.Within 0.04%~0.40%of benzaldehyde,the wave height was linear with the concentration of benzaldehyde.The minimun detectable concentration of benzaldehyde was 0.01%.The average recovery was 97. 9% with RSDof 2.9%and 8.3% within 2 days.
