摘要
1-乙酰基-3-邻甲基苯甲酰基-5-氟脲嘧啶(1-Acetyl-3-ο-Toluyl-5-Flurouracil,简写ATFU或A-OT-FU)
Stability of l-Acetyl-3-o-Toluyl-5-Flurouracil (ATFU) was predicted by colorimetric analysis of acid-base indicator. Acetic acid released from ATFU is able to be determined and so the concentration of ATFU was calculated. The method of classical contant tempcrature accclcration is rapid, simple and less erroneous. The storage life of ATFU at room temperature (20℃) is 3. 03 years. No paper has been reported about the prediction of storage life of ATFU up to now
