摘要
应用光镜及扫描电镜对30只兔眼后房型人工晶体表面细胞反应进行了观察,结果发现有巨噬细胞、类上皮细胞、成纤维细胞样细胞、异物巨细胞、超大巨细胞及淋巴细胞粘附在人工晶体表面。扫描电镜下,这些细胞共同形成一层半透明薄膜,复盖在人工晶体表面。提示后房型人工晶体植入术后晶体表面细胞反应是由于人工晶体刺激引起的一种以异物反应为主,免疫细胞参与的慢性炎症反应,该反应由于术后时间推移而渐减弱,最后由眼内环境接受。
ight microscopy and scanning electron
microscopy were used to observe the cellular response on the surface
of implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC-IOL)in 30 rabbit
eyes. The results showed that the major cellular components on the
surface of implanted lens consisted of macrophages, epithelioid
cells,fibroblast-like cells,foreign-body giant cells, ultralargegiant
cells and lymphocytes. It also showed a thin proteinaceous film on
the surface ofimplanted PC-IOL. The experimental results suggested
that the cellular response on the surface of implanted PC-IOL is a
chronic foreign- body inflammatory reaction againstintraoc-ular lens,
This reaction went down in the process of time,Finally,implanted PC-
IOL was tolerated by intra-ocular environment.
