摘要
心肌梗塞后,心肌能量物质ATP、ADP和AMP在梗塞区被发现有显著耗竭,少量资料认为非梗塞区亦存在类似变化。测定心肌能量物质的变化能够反映心肌梗塞程度。
The dapletion of ATP, ADP, and AMP in rat hearts in both infarcted myocardium and non-infarcted one were determined by reverse phase HPLC. Using a NOVA PAK ^(TM)C_(18) column (3.9mmφ×0.15m) and a mobile phase of methonal-phosphate buffer solution (pH 5.92, 30mmol/L)1:99, with UV detector at 254 nm, the ATP, ADP, and AMP in rat myocardium 24h following a ligation of coronary artery could be analysed within 5 min with content of 2.0±0.5, 2.4±0.7 and 3.4±1.5×10^(-7) mol/g(wet tissue)in infarcted zone and 6.0+1.8, 5.4±1.5 and 5.6±1.4×10^(-7)mol/g in non-infarcted zone, respectively. The depletion of ATP, ADP and AMP in infarcted zone was significant.
