摘要
利用干燥保存7~57日及16~30个月的兔角膜,行同种异体部分穿透性角膜移植后,前者37只眼中,透明愈合8只眼;后者9只眼中,透明愈合3只眼。用保存10~57天的猴眼角膜移植后,观察9只猴(9只眼),透明愈合3只眼,半透明2只眼。临床上,用干燥保存6天至8年5个月人角膜,行治疗性和挽救眼球的各种类型穿透性角膜移埴25例(25只眼)。观察时间,最短16天,最长5年9个月,植片透明愈合8只眼、半透明12只眼。视力有不同程度改善和提高者15只眼。提示:干燥保存角膜,作为穿透性角膜移植材料,在临床上使用是可行的。
Allogenic partial penetrating keratoplasty was performed on rabbit eyes using donor corneas pres- erved by desiccation.8 out of 37 eyes uscd corneas preserved for 7~57 days,and 3 out of 9 eyes uscd corneas preserved for 16~30 months resulted in tr- ansparent healing.Keratoplasty was performed on 9 monkeys(9 eyes),which resulted in 3 transparent and 2 semitransparent transplants.The donor human cornea preserved by desiccation for 8 days to 8 years and 5 months were used in 25 eases(25 eyes)by performing various types of penetrating keratoplasty for therapeutic and eyeball-saving purposes.After a follow-up period of 16 days to 5 years and 9 months,ths transplants were transpa rent in 8 eyes and semitransparent in 12 eyes,and vision was improved to various extent in 15 eyes. These results suggest that clinical use of donor corn- ea preserved by desiccation for penetrating keratopla- sty be feasible.
