猪瘟兔化弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗免疫程序研究 被引量:4

摘要 猪瘟(HC)犊睾细胞苗750个免感染量,免疫空怀母猪所产亲代仔猪取血清监测其母源传递抗体ELISA效价。10日龄OD值>0.3063%(19/30),0.30≥OD值>0,2037%(11/30),保护率为90.85%;20日龄OD值>0.3028%(8/29),0.30≥OD值>0.20 55%(16/29),保护率为68.96%;30日龄OD值>0.307%(2/29),0.30≥OD值)0.m41%(12/29),保护率为37.93%;40日龄OD值>0.3000.30≥OD值>0.2017%(5/29),保护率为12.9%。表明仔猪母源抗体消失极快,30日龄母抗已有60%以上不能抵抗HCV侵袭。仔猪30日龄免疫HC犊宰细胞苗1500个兔感染量,待免疫9个月(274±3d),10个月(311±36)取血清监测其免抗ELISA效价为OD值>0.30100%(25/25),保护率100%和OD值>0.3076%(19/25),0.30≥OD值>0.2024%(6/25),保护率94%。试验证明了仔猪30日龄免疫1500个兔感染量每头猪免疫后到出栏(10个月)具有坚强的保护性抗体。东兴区1992年仔猪阉割免? By inoculating non-pregnant sows with 750 lapin infective doses of Swine FeverVaccine Prepared in Calf Testicle Cells Per head and monitoring the titers of thematernal antibody in the baby pigs of Parental generation with ELISA method, we havegotten the following results: For 63%(19/30) of the 10-dayold pigs, the OD valuewas>0.3 and for 370%(11/30) of them, the OD value was 0.3 to >0.2. The rate ofprotection was 90.850%. For 20-day-old pigs, for 28% of them (8/29), the OD valuewas >0.3 and for 55% (16/29) of them, the OD value was %0.3 to>0.2. The rateof protection was 68.960/0. For 30-day-old pigs, there were only 7% (2/29) of themwhose OD value was >0.3, those whose OD value was 0.3 to>0.2 made up 41%(12/29). The rate of protection was 37.93%. For 40-day-old pigs, there was nonewhose OD value was >0.3. Those whose OD value wasg 0.3 to >0.2 made up 17%(5/29). The rate of protection was 12.9% The results sliow that the maternal antibodydisappears very fast. Over 60% of the pigs of 30 days old could not resist the challengeof HCV any more.Inoculating pigs of 30 days old with 1500 lapin infective doses of Swine FeverVaccine Prepared in Calf Testicle Cells per head, we got tlie titers of inimunity andresistance by using the ELISA method in serum taken from the pigs 9 months (274days 13 days) or 10 months (311 days 13 days) post inoculation. The results were asthe following: For 100% of the 9-month-old Pigs (25/25), the OD value was >0.3.The rate of protection was 100%. For 76% (19/25) of the pigs of ten months old,the OD value was >0.3 and for 200% of them (6/25), the OD value was 0.3 to>0.2. The rate of protection was 94%The experiments have shown that by inoculating pigs of 30 days old with 1500lapin infective doses per head, we could keep the pigs, protecive antibody strong until10 months later. We castrated and inoculated about 570000 pigs of 30 days old (andsome non-pregnant sows as well) in Dongxing county in 1992.
