摘要
以免疫细胞化学与图像处理结果分析发现，针刺大鼠＂足三里＂，不仅交叉上核中的血管活性肠肽免疫反应阳性神经元胞体数目显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且血管活性肠肽免疫反应性也显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示电针＂足三里＂所致的交叉上核血管活性肠肽免疫反应性的改变可能参与调节机体神经内分泌活动的昼夜节律。
Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) is one of the main neurotransmitters in the sprachiasmatic nucleus(Sch),which may play an important role in the circadian rhythm of the neuroendocrine system.The present study showed the number of VIP positive neurons was increased significantly by electroacupuncture of 'Zu San Li',Combined PAP and image analysis showed the VIP immunoreactivity also rose significantly(P<0.01).The results suggest that acupuncture of 'Zu San Li' may take part in modulating the rhythm of neuroendocrine activity.
