摘要
心电图或心电向量图右室肥厚图型,通常反映右心室肥厚和(或)扩大,但也可见于无右心室肥大者。本文分析11例无明确原因的假性右心室肥厚图型患者的临床及实验室资料,推测该图型可能是心肌损伤改变了心脏或右心正常传导顺序的结果。
