摘要
本文建立了用火焰原子吸收法测定食盐中镁含量的方法。样品经用0.25mol·L-1的盐酸稀释后,可以排除来自氯化钠背景吸收的干扰。该法的相对标准偏差为1.66~4.40%,回收率为93.8~103.0%,相关系数为0.9994~0.9996,与国家标准方法比较,测定结果无显著差异。
A method for the determination of magnesium in common salt by flame atomic absorption spec trometry was establishd. The interference from background absorption of sodium chloride could be eliminated by diluting sample with 0. 25mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid. The relative standard deviation of the method, the recoveries of magnesium and the correlation coefficient were 1. 66~4. 40%, 93. 8~103. 0% and 0.9994~0. 9996, respectively.The reliability of the method was confirmed by comparision with the standard method(P>005).
