低合金稀土高强度灰口铸铁的研制 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了CE3.9%,S(%)分别为0.003、0.05、0.1的三种灰口铸铁铁水加入稀土(?)后白口深度、共晶团数及抗拉强度变化的情况。结果表明:含硫越高,白口深度越浅,共晶团增加越多,抗拉强度越大,且适宜的稀土加入量范围加宽。利用稀土对白口深度的降低作用可与强化基体元素钒、铬、钢配合使用,使钒、铬加入量增加到1%而白口倾向不大,从而制得高强度灰口铸铁。 In this paper the variations of chill depth,number of eytectic cell and tensile strength in three kinds of gray cast iron have been investigeted when cerium has been added.These cast iron have same CE(3. 9%) and defferent sulphur content (0. 003 %, 0. 05 %,0.1 %). The results showed that chill depth decreased,number of eutectic cell and tensile strength increased with the imcrease of sulphur content,in addition the range of approprite additions of cerium became wide. Applying the elements of rare earth which can reduce chill depth and the alloy elements such as V,Cr,Cu which can strengthen matrix together may be increased the additions of V,Cr up to l%,so that less chill tendency and high strength gray cast iron can be obtained.
