化工科学技术的发展对化工高等教育培养的人才素质与知识、能力结构提出了新的要求。阐明如何以“三个面向”为指针，深化高等教育改革，培养出大批具有高新技术知识，适应２１世纪科技竞争的英才。
Along with the development of chemical science and technology new requirements have cropped up in the cultivation of talents with high personal quality and capability and knowl-edge in the higher education system。Views are elaborated on how to foster a large number of tal-ents with new and high-tech knowledge in order to cope with the demand for talents necessitated in the scientific and technological competitiOn in the 21st century.
