摘要
对中国石化工业的发展提出以下建议：①对现有化工企业进行改造，发展乙烯、丙烯的储运设施；②对以电石乙炔为原料的有机厂，进行以乙烯为原料的改造；③新的芳烃基地宜在兰化建设；④今后５年将工艺设备的国产化放在首位。
Ideas on the development of China's petrochemical industry are suggested as fol-lows:1.Revamping existing chemical enterprises by setting up storage facilities for ethylene and propylene;2.Transforming plants with acetylene stones as feedstock into those using ethylene instead;3.Locating new aromatic hydrocarbon production base at Lanzhou Chemical Industrial Corporation;4.Giving priority to the domestic manufacture of process facilities in the coming 5 years.
