摘要
观察了180例妊娠高血压综合征患者的眼底情况。结果表明,血压越高,蛋白尿和水肿程度越严重,眼底改变的发生率及程度也随之提高,(P值分别为<0.001,<0.001和0.05),眼底改变和年龄无关。及早发现眼底的改变对妊高征的诊断及处理、改善母婴的预后有着重要的意义。
The fundus oculi of 180 cases with pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome were examined and analysed. The result showed that the higher the blood pressure was the higher the occurence of the severity fundus oculi changes. Early findingof the fundus oculi changes is important for the treatment of pregnancy- induced hyper tension syndrome and the prognosis of the mothers and babies.
