摘要
采用1.5MP(204)为萃取剂,在盐酸体系中,以中稀土为原料.采用“一分三”技术,直接制备出纯氧化钐、氧化钆和氧化铕富集物。在工业规模生产中。系统研究了在洗涤段采用部分外回流技术,在其它参数不变的条件下,使氢化钆纯度由>99%提高到>99.9%,使中间产品氧化铕品位由65%提高到>75%。
In 1.5M HDEHP-kerosene HCl system, middle rare earths as raw feed,the ″oneproducing three″technique was used for producing pure Sm_2O_3,Gd_2O_3 and Eu-riched oxide. Inwashing section of mass production the partial external reflux technique has been studied system-atically.As keeping the other factors unchanged,the purities of Gd_2O_3 and Eu-riched productswere increased from 99%to 99.9%and from 65%to 75%, respectively.
