摘要
云南属低纬度高海拔稻作区,气温平稳、年较差小,日长年变幅不大。可育临界温度为23.5℃的培矮64S低温敏型核不育系在云南有广泛的适宜制种区及繁殖区,是开发利用的重点。不育期光长范围宽,光、温互补作用强的光温敏型不育系N50885、7001S繁殖容易,在日长14小时以上,日均温>24.5℃条件下可以稳定不育,在云南中、北部海拔1000m以下,能确保7月中旬以前抽穗的地区适宜制种,有一定的利用价值。高温敏型及典型光敏核不育系在云南没有实用性。
Yunnan Province belongs to the low-latitude.high-altitude cultivated rice region with mild and stable temperature,small year temperature difference and narrow range of day-length variation.It is suitabl to grow and propagate low-thermo-sensitive genie male sterile lines,such as Pei-al64S,which respond to critical temperature below 13.5℃,so as to be regarded as an important candidate of development and utilization.It is also favourable to multiply seeds of N5088S and 7001S,the photothermosensitive genie male sterile lines(PTGMS),with complementary interaction and wide range of daylength at sterile stage.Under the condition of daylength>14hrs and daily average temperature 24. 5℃ these lines would provide stable sterility in the area of middle and north parts of Yunnan with elevation below 1000M where the heading dates could be ensured before mid-July.They have a certain value of utilization in seed production.But the typically photosensitive and highly thermosensitive lines have no practical value in Yunnan Province.
