摘要
按本法制备的皮蛋白，收率达７０％以上，经分析测定，产品含有１８种氨基酸，粗蛋白含量高达７０％～８０％，铬残留量低于５ｐｐｍ。
The skin protein prepared with the method can reach a yield rate of over 70％.Analytical results show：The product contains eighteen amino-acids；the content of protein is 70％～80％；Kemaindre of chromium is less than 5ppm. and the quality of product is equivalent to theproduct of the same kind obroad.
