摘要
在自然富硒、中硒和缺硒地带，采集了奶山羊毛、奶、血、心、肝、肾、肌肉组织样品，用荧光分光光度法对硒含量进行了测定分析。结果表明，奶山羊血、奶、毛硒含量有极紧密的线性关系，ｒ＿血．毛＝０．８５８２，ｒ＿奶．血＝０．６６１４（Ｐ＜０．０１）。通过羊毛硒含量估计血硒含量的回归方程为：Ｙ＿血＝０．５１３Ｘ＿毛＝５５．４５（μｇ／ｋｇ）。几种组织的硒含量顺序为肾＞肝＞心＞肌肉。
Selenium contents in Hood,milk and bair samples of adult dairy goats and boby tissuesamples from heart, liver hdney and muscle of kids were measured The results show thatthere is a positive relationship among the selenium contents in heart,liver,kidney fromkids, while the selenium contents of blood, milk and hair frorn adult dairy goats have anobvious linear relationship and the co-relationship coefficient is 0.6614 (P<0. 01)and0. 8582(p<0. 01). The order of the selenium contents in tissue saniples of kids is kidney>liver>heart>muscle.
