摘要
电镜观察结果表明,三唑酮引起胶锈菌发生了一系列变化。病菌单核菌丝和吸器内液泡明显增加,菌丝壁和吸器壁不规则地加厚,菌丝隔膜发育受阻而不能形成完整的隔膜,吸器外间质变宽并充满染色较深的物质,部分吸器发育受阻而使吸器畸形,大量染色较深的物质在性孢子梗顶瑞沉积,使得孢子梗失去产孢能力。病菌以上细胞学变化可能导致了病菌的进一步发育受阻。
The effects of systemic fungicide Triadimenfon on the development ofGmnosporangium haraeanum in Chaenomeles speciosa were examined with electron mi-croscope. The results from observation showed that Triadimenfon caused a series ofchanges in the fungal cell. The vacules in cytoplasm of hyphae with single nucleus and ofhaustoria increased markedl,and the walls of the hyphae and the haustoria were thick-ened irregularly. The hyphae septum development was inhibited and became imperfect.The extrahaustorial matrix was found to be enlarged and contained some electron-densematerials. Some of haustoria did not expand normaly and became malformeFurther-more , pycniosporphores lost thier ability of producing pycniospores because numerouselectorn-dense materials were deposited at the top of the pycniosporophores.The cyto-logical changes in the pathogen above may have led to the inhibition of further develop-ment of this pathogen.
