摘要
纯毛粗绒线的原料一般用48s~58s半细毛.将46s羊毛进行变性处理,若在不损伤纤维的情况下,使得羊毛的细度下降约3μm,便可用于纺粗绒线.本文优选了羊毛变性处理的最佳工艺,测试了变性羊毛的主要物理机械性质和染色性能,从变性羊毛的表面形态和结构变化,初步探讨羊毛的变性机理.结果表明,用优选工艺进行羊毛变性处理,基本上脱掉了羊毛表面的鳞片,细度下降3μm,不损伤羊毛皮质层;变性羊毛手感柔软,光泽增强,具有良好的防毡缩性;羊毛纤维的染色速度加快,得色鲜艳度提高,物理机械性质变化不大.
his paper gives the optimum modifying method,and the surface aam structure's change of modified wool.The test to the modified wool's physcal and dyeing Properties has proved the wool's cortex is no damage,it's mechanical property changes little although, most of the scales has been removed and the diaxneter has decreased by 3 ̄4μm.So the fiber gets a soft handle,lustre plus and a significant approvement of ability.The modified wool gets an appeent increase in rate of dyeing and bright colours.This peper discassed the mechanism of modifying process,too.
